COVID-19 Travel Information
Prior to heading to the airport, please ensure you have evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test and have filled out your travel authorization form. More information on both is provided below. As of April 25, 2021, 80% of all wedding guests are now vaccinated. If you are eligible, we strongly recommend getting vaccinated.
Pre-Flight COVID Test
You must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test at the airport (even if you are vaccinated). The negative test must have been taken less than 3-days before your travel date. We recommend finding a location that is scheduling same-day testing. Some options for same-day testing include CVS and Walgreens. You can find more information here.
Pre-Flight Travel Authorization
You must also fill out a travel authorization form 7-days prior to traveling to Jamaica (even if you are vaccinated). The form is linked below.
Return Flight COVID Test
Prior to leaving, you will need another negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test (even if you are vaccinated) 3-days before your return flight. For anyone staying at the Idle Awhile Resort (wedding venue), we will provide free COVID-19 tests until May 3. If you are not staying at Idle Awhile, and would like to coordinate a test, please contact us here. If your stay extends beyond May 3, you will have to find other means for testing prior to your departure.
